Every year, lakhs of aspirants appear for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) or Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University entrance examinations. There is a total of 846 colleges registered with this university. Your preference of the college depends on the course that you want to pursue graduation degree.

There is a total of 12 papers held for different graduate programs. Every paper covers different subjects. Select the paper depending on your preference. UPTU Entrance Test Syllabus
There are 12 objective papers in UPTU entrance exam. Based on the eligibility and program course, you can select any of the following papers:
Paper 1 (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) – For B Tech, B Pharm
- Total 150 questions, 50 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Total Marks – 150
- These are the subjects that you studied in Class 11th and 12th
Paper 2 (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) – For B Tech, B Pharm
- Total 150 questions, 50 questions each in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Total Marks – 300
- These are the subjects you studied in Class 11th and 12th
Paper 3 (AG I, II, III) – For B Tech (Agricultural Engineering)
- Total 150 questions, 50 questions each in AG I, II, III.
- Total Marks – 600
- AG I – Agricultural Physics and Chemistry, AG II – Agricultural Engineering and Statistics, and AG III – Agronomy and Agricultural Botany
Paper 4 (Aptitude Test for Architecture) – For B Arch
- Total 100 questions, 50 each in Part A and Part B
- Total Marks – 500
- Part A – Mathematics & Aesthetic Sensitivity, Part B – Drawing Aptitude
Paper 5 (Aptitude Test for General Awareness) – For BHMCT, BFAD, and BFA
- Total 75 questions
- Total Marks – 300

Paper 6 (Aptitude Test for Diploma Holders) – B Tech Lateral Entry for Engineering Diploma Holders
